The National Agency for Energy Conservation (ANME), with the support of the African Development Bank (AfDB), is launching a Call for Expressions of Interest for the selection of a consulting firm (or a consortium of consulting firms) to develop a financing scheme for a programme supporting the transition to energy-efficient air conditioning in Tunisia.
Objective: To design a financing mechanism that will accelerate the deployment of high energy-efficiency air conditioners and contribute to reducing electricity consumption.
Target applicants: Consulting firms specialized in energy efficiency, project finance, market analysis, and the design of financing mechanisms.
Deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest: 7 August 2026.
